New urbanization is the transformation from the speed expansion to the qualityimprovement. The features of the new urbanization are as follows: urban and ruralintegration, ecological and livable, harmonious development, and so on. It needs aharmonious development of small city and small town, rural community. Its core is not tosacrifice the expense of agriculture and food, ecological and environmental aspects, andfocuses on farmers, covering in rural areas, realizes the integration of urban and ruralinfrastructure and public services equalization, promoting economic and socialdevelopment, to achieve common prosperity. In other words, the new urbanization purportis the sustainable development of urban and rural areas, and to realize the "people’sindifference development". It is not to focus on the city scale expansion and populationincrease,but the industry support,life style,living environment,social security and otherdimensions. Shandong in2013the urbanization rate has reached53.6%, close to the averagelevel.It is a historic change in the social structure of Shandong, but compared with othercoastal provinces, Shandong urbanization process is slow. How to accelerate theurbanization of Shandong healthily has become a major issue before us.Therefore, on the basis of the development experience of domestic and foreign cities,we should have a profound understanding, study of Shandong urbanization development,such as present situation, existing problems, the ideas, and work out of a healthydevelopment road of Shandong new urbanization.The result of this study is: Shandong new urbanization should be based on " Payingattention to the peopleâ€. First of all, have the scientific construction of the urban system.Secondly, strengthen the economic strength of the city. Again, focus on the construction of"two oriented city"(resource-saving, environment-friendly), actively promote theintegration of urban and rural development. Finally, have continuous innovation of urbanand rural construction management system. |
