The Study On Coordinated Development Between Urbanization And Eco-environment Of Shandong

Urbanization is a sign of human civilization progress, also it is an irreplaceable carrier of the industrialization and a necessary stage of the modernization process in any country. Along with the rapid development of urbanization, the country’s economy has developed very quickly since the reform and opening. However, the extensive urbanization patterns have destroyed the surrounding eco-environment and posed the potential danger. With the development of urbanization, eco-environmental problems have become the important factor which constrained social and urban development, even endanger the sustainable development of the city and the society. Therefore, discussing the relationship and feasible ways between the Urbanization and the eco-environment, so as to achieve the coordinated development between the urbanization and the eco-environment, has become an important research subject.At present, Shandong province is in the phase of accelerated development of urbanization. Environmental pollution, ecological degradation and other problems have become increasingly serious with the population aggregation, economic development and industrial upgrading. Mutual restraint system makes the coordinated development of the two variants of urbanization and eco-environment is imperative. In view of this, by building the index system of the urbanization and ecol-environment, the comprehensive evaluation model and the coordinated development model, we analyze urbanization and ecol-environment development in Shandong province. In this paper, we established the index evaluation system of urbanization and eco-environment with the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Then, we use two kinds of ideas establish the comprehensive evaluation model:using hierarchical weighted summation method for temporal data, comprehensive evaluation method based on factor analysis for the panel data. Coordination development model use the economic and environmental coordinated development mode which professor Liao Chong bin proposed. Last,taking Shandong province for an example, we analyze characteristics of urbanization and eco-environment development process from1991to2012, predict the development after5years and discuss the regional differences of coordinated development level of urbanization and eco-environment for the17cities.
