Study On The Path Of New Urbanization

The new-type urbanization plays a very important role in China’s economic development. This is the only way to realize the socialist modernization. Since China’s reform and opening up, the new-type urbanization has made remarkable achievements. China’s urbanization level has risen steadily, which made the number of cities increases substantially. And the relationship between the urban and rural areas is close. To push the new-type urbanization road has a profound significance for the realization of socialist modernization and building a well-off society.Promoting urbanization is a necessary requirement to realize the socialist modernization, and it is an important content of building a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper describes the meaning of urbanization and new-type urbanization, analyzes the difference between the new-type urbanization and the traditional urbanization, and dissects the achievements and existing problems in urbanization. And the main achievement is to change the concept of urbanization. It fully affirmed the role of small towns, and clarified the relationship between urbanization and new rural construction. The major problems include: The land urbanization is faster than the population urbanization, which didn’t follow the rules of circular economy urbanization. It mainly targets the excessive threshold, the land operating mode, household registration system restricting the population flow, and illustrates and explains the implications of foreign urbanization for our new-type urbanization.It explored that taking the new-type urbanization road and emphasizing the new-type urbanization path, we must adhere to the people-oriented and the rational flow of urban and rural population; we must stick to the basic principle of the intensive, harmonious and healthy development. Meanwhile, we will promote the balanced development between urbanization and agricultural modernization and take the road of resources-cosercing, environment-friendly as well as sustainable development.
