With the continuous development and progress of society,knowledge plays an increasingly important role in enterprise development.In the era of knowledge economy,enterprises attach much importance to having knowledge-based employees,who not only complete their work tasks,but also impart and create knowledge.In the management of human resources in enterprises,establishing and implementing effective incentive mechanisms and management systems is an important measure for improving employee motivation.However,the different characteristics of knowledge-based employees from other employees require targeted and reasonable incentive mechanisms to ensure the development and growth of enterprises in fierce market competition.Taking Company A as an example,this article conducts an empirical study on how to construct incentive mechanisms that match the characteristics of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise from the perspective of psychological contract theory.Firstly,based on the characteristics and concepts of knowledge-based employees and incentive theory,the principles that should be followed when motivating knowledge-based employees are proposed.Secondly,in the process of investigating Company A,the population composition and incentive mechanisms and management systems of knowledge-based employees in the enterprise are studied.At the same time,from the three dimensions of psychological contract,the main problems existing in the incentive mechanism are analyzed through the results of the survey on employee incentive satisfaction.Based on the relevant management theories of employee motivation,the design purpose and method of the incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees of Company A are proposed.According to the construction principles of systematicness,fairness,and matching,an incentive plan for knowledge-based employees of Company A is designed from the three dimensions of psychological contract transaction,relationship,and development.Finally,a series of supporting measures are proposed from the four aspects of transforming the incentive concept of company managers,establishing a comprehensive communication mechanism,institutional safeguards,and playing a democratic supervision role to promote the effective implementation of the incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees of Company A.The perfect knowledge-based employee incentive mechanism constructed through this study helps enterprises to further strengthen human resource management,especially the management of knowledge-based employees,and has important practical significance.
