| Production site is the place that the enterprise creates benefit directly, and worksitemanagement plays a very important role in enterprise operation management. worksitemanagement level can reflect the enterprise operation situation directly. worksiteimprovment is the sublimation of worksite management, and it aims to enhance customersatisfaction, pay attention to total participation and continuous improvement of the dailywork , and through discoverying analysising and solving various problems in time, inorder to increase efficiency, improve the quality and the working place, and decrease thecost. It has a large significance to improve their own competitiveness for enterprises. Andit has deep and realistic significance for most enterprises in our country who adopt lowcost and low risk in worksite improvement to obtain competitive advantage.First of all, this paper introduces theory on the Industrial Engineering and leanproduction, and analyzes the domestic aluminum alloy wheel manufacture enterprises aregenerally in the situation of“multiple species, short delivery cycle, fluctuated marketdemand”, which introduces worksite improvement theory of lean production.Secondly, on the present problems and situation of Hai wan wheel company, thispaper introduces site improvement as the breakthrought point, then analyzes value streamfigure, product process procedure, production line balancing, production line layoutseparately under the worksite improvement theory of“lean production”method, anddesign production improvement plans on production procedure improvement, productionline balancing, production line layout rebuilding.At last, by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper discusses andevaluates the effection of worksite improvement, and concludes that worksiteimprovement is the most suitable method for the advanced manufacturing technology ofwheel industrial. So this conclusion can be considerer as a useful experience for otherenterprises in the same industrial. |
