Training effect evaluation is an important part of airport corporate training system, at present, most domestic enterprises do not have airport training effect evaluation to establish a sound evaluation system, evaluation methods are almost in sane way, evaluation index is single, training is lack of accurate and timely measure of effectiveness, and reduce training effect. The improvement of the training system would not be woked.This thesis is about in-depth study of the domestic and foreign experts in employee training effectiveness evaluation theory, as this study provides the necessary theoretical basis. Drawing on the four Kirkpatrick evaluation model, based on the build out of airport employees training effect evaluation index system, to determine the evaluation of programs and processes, obtained through the use of AHP weight of each index. Meanwhile, the introduction of gray comprehensive evaluation method is for the quantitative data collecting, obtained the the value of the final assessment of training effectiveness.This thesis selected this XZ airport the Engineering Department staff training, through questionnaires and interviews to collect data, combined with the existing weights, using the gray comprehensive evaluation method, getting a better training conclusion.This study demonstrates the established method based on gray-level impact assessment system is for staff training in practical significance and adaptation, through this research, aiming to providing some assessment of reference for airport employee training.
