With the increasingly fierce market competition, the development of economy, enterprises in order to ensure their products and services based in an invincible position, has paid more and more attention to management and optimization and the importance of internal organization. The business process reorganization (BPR) as a management tool and the method of a kind of new, practical, has been the development of the enterprise as a new management concept.However, in the BPR and ERP in practical applications of each enterprise, it seems that many circumstances do not achieve the ideal effect anticipated management, or is the use of the price is not high, therefore, enterprises in the constant pursuit of the lowest cost, profit maximization theory today, if can use the good process improvement method to improve the work efficiency, reduce the cost of production is all enterprises expected goal.Business process reengineering as early as1990by Professor USA beforeMIT in a text that, since then, BPR as a new management thought like a wave swept across the whole America and other industrialized countries, and have swept the world trend. Business process reengineering refers to a series of logic related activities to accomplish the objectives and tasks of enterprises, thetraditional manual management mode, the enterprise has formed a relatively fixed process management mode of business process reengineering in order to achieve significant improvements in cost, quality, service, reaction speed performance standards.This paper is the asphalt storage and transportation company of asphalt unloading work as anoperation process, the unloading process of automobile transportation as the research object,use in learning during the study of industrial engineering methods and tools in the mastery of the theory, the whole process to asphalt unloading process analysis and optimizationperspective to find ways, are constructedand re on asphalt storage and transportation company of asphalt unloading work, s o as to realize the process improvement. At the beginning of the thesis is to present the research background and significance, and research contents and methods, through the basis of these premises, according to my work in the company formany years on the asphalt unloading work links to master and practice, discuss the asphaltunloading process and research. This article mainly uses the method of the research method,analysis of the5W1H program analysis method to do process of asphalt unloading work,through the discussion of detailed analysis and calculation, to find out the process where theproblem, find out the irrationality of the process, put forward the new construction andimprovement direction. In determining the direction of improvement, the corresponding processapplication of industrialengineering in ECRS four principles of docking discharge links in themerger, cancellation, rearrangement, work simplification, the purpose is to make a complexasphalt unloading become more simple and efficient. Due to the improvement of the processhas not been specific implementation, therefore, at the end of the article according to theprocess of the improved design, to be determined and pre evaluation of the new process, thetheoretical analysis results achieved will increase thecompany’s working efficiency to a large extent, reduce the cost of enterprise personnel.The research of this paper is to discuss a real company, a real specific process as the actualobject of study, and then re improved construction, revocation linkis not necessary, reasonablemerge some optimization work process, certain content, the ultimate goal is to improve the work efficiency and reduce the implementation cost of the company. Improvement of the process, lays the theoretical foundation for the implementation of the future, certain unloading concrete at the same time, some optimization as a reference for future improvement of the enterprises ofotherprocesses, can be said to be the enterprise at the same time in a stepping stone, process optimization, will also provide some reference basis and experiencefor other similar enterprises and process or similar.
