From the perspective of the key factors of business growth, SMEs continue to grow as the goal, document analysis and typical case analysis method, the key factors of the business is good for promoting growth, how to avoid the adverse effects of the key factors of the business continued to grow and other issues, a preliminary but thorough analysis. Through the above study found that address the impact of the key factors of the strategy for the growth of SMEs in theory this problem is necessary, in practice, it is of practical significance.In this paper, the key factors that influence the growth of SMEs is analyzed, noted entrepreneurship, the advantages of resources, innovation, the business environment is a key element in the growth of SMEs most affected. Entrepreneurship, innovative, insight and spirit of adventure and other characteristics, is the main motivation for the growth of SMEs; it is not only driven enterprises have grown rapidly in the right direction, but also easy to make the enterprise into the risks and difficulties. Advantages of resource is a resource base of SMEs; it will drive rapid business growth on the one hand, it also makes business formation is dependent on the advantages of resources. Innovation is the ability to source of SME growth; the growth of enterprises in the different periods of creative ability have different requirements, the need for innovation capacity building system according to business growth. Business environment, including system environment variables, the competitive environment and uncertainty for the growth of SMEs in the space provided opportunities; enterprises should actively respond to changes in the external environment.This paper argues that SMEs in the growth process, it will rely on key factors of a competitive advantage, promote rapid growth. But business growth is a long-term and systematic project, a key element in promoting business growth or to a certain dimension. it would also have a negative or adverse impact on other aspects of business growth. SMEs in developing growth strategies, both key factors to consider fully the strengths, but also pay attention to avoid their weaknesses to achieve sustained growth of enterprises.
