This article attempts to build post-marketing growth evaluation system, used in the Hong Kong Venture Capital Board-listed small and medium enterprises in the Mainland financial data, and analysis the growth of listed SMES, and by comparing the Growth Enterprise Market and the Shenzhen SME board to know the growth, in order to give some information to SMES in Mainland; followed by qualitative analysis of identifying growth and its influence factors, and empirical analysis to find out the correlation of growth factors of listed companies, and provide certain information to help our small and medium enterprises to use Hong Kong GEM continues to grow, develop and expand.The result of this paper is: study growth factors of listed companies from the earnings quality, cash-quality, asset quality and risk level view; analysis the influencing factors of Mainland SMEs listed in Hong Kong GEM, to the Government and the mainland SMEs to judge in the GEM, and make choice, and provide proposals to how to maintain growth.
