Analysis On The Factors Affecting The Growth Of Small And Medium-Sized Technological Enterprises

Small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises as an important source of local revenue,vigorously support the rapid development of local economy,China's economic reform is the "horse before the pawn" and the pilot area.However,faced with low level of technology,financing and financing,business costs,research and development of insufficient investment and high mortality rate.The majority of in a short period of time on the "premature death",the urgent need for our paper to explore the impact of business growth factors and the impact of the degree of weight,to promote the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises,through the guidance of structural reform,More social wealth;also promote the theory of enterprise growth academic research,for other scholars to provide some reference.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the growth of the enterprises on the basis of summarizing the definition of the small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology,and then uses the literature reading method to collect the relevant enterprise growth theory.From the perspective of internal and external factors to consider,the establishment of its business growth factors affecting the system.From the perspective of endogenous factors,select the financing capacity,human resources,technology,management level,marketing and management level of six level indicators,put the proportion of scientific research personnel,market research investment,product structure and innovation,financing channels 27 specific indicators,based on the structural equation model method,to build a small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology growth factor evaluation model.Reliability and Validity of Sample Data Based on Factor Analysis.On the basis of this,based on the structural equation model,the path analysis of the hypothetical model is carried out using the AMOS 17.0 statistical software,and the path coefficients and the load coefficients of the various indexes in the output model are analyzed by the absolute fitness index and so on.The degree of fitting of the sample data is evaluated.The results show that the financing ability,technical ability,human resources,management level and marketing ability have significant positive effect on the growth of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.The service of products and services has a positive effect on the growth of enterprises,but the effect is not significant.The degree of influence of the factors influencing the growth of enterprises is in accordance with the order from big to small:financing ability>technical ability>human resources>management level>marketing ability.And according to the data analysis,from the perspective of the enterprise itself and the government put forward to broaden the financing channels to improve the financing capacity and other countermeasures to promote the growth of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.
