The Appraisal And Research Of Growth On Chinese Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Board Of Listed Company

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in China is playing a more and more important role in National Economic and Social Development in recent years. This situation is identified by various circles of society, and paid highly attention by the government. To promote the growth of the SMEs, SMEs board was established. The SMEs board is especially for the growing medium-sized enterprises. And thus the growth of the SMEs become the focus of attention. The paper researches the influencing factors of the SMEs' growth in statistical method.The paper illustrates that pullulating is the core influencing factors of the SMEs' from their marker position, to go around with identifying, analyzing and evaluating of the influencing factors.First, review the research results on the influencing factors of corporation growth and medium-sized enterprise growth, to bring up modern corporation especially the SMEs' decisive influencing factors in their growth. Second, show the situation of the SMEs' growth in some aspects, using describing mathematical statistics. Summarize their characteristics. Third, according to design practice of the SMEs' growth influence factors, growth performance index and growth influence index, set up growth influence evaluation system for the Small and medium-sized Enterprise Board of listed company. Finally, form the growth influence evaluation model in progression law of sudden change. Take some Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board of listed companies random as examples to inspect and verify this model.According to the real diagnosis analysis results, put forward the conclusion of this research and propose certain suggestions. Point out this research insufficiency and the limitation place.
