Research On Influence Factors Of Growth In Technical Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

Nowadays, high-tech industrise, as the base of technological competition power, has become the drive of world economic development and an important indicator of synthetic national power. The technical Small and medium-sized enterprise (technical SME) is multitudinous, flexible and rapid growth. So they play a vital role in the economical development in the multitudinous high tech enterprise.It is very important and realistic to penetrate into the study of technical SMEs'growth in china. Researching the influence factors of technical SMEs provides the reasonable suggestion and the measure for the technical SMEs healthy development, which is the hot topic of present research. Under such background, the article conducts the research of influence factors in technical SMEs'growth.First of all, this dissertation clarifies some basic concepts of technical SMEs, enterprise growth which reveals that the growth of an enterprise is a dynamic process from small to big and from weak to strong. In the sametime, this article summarizes related theories of enterprise growth, which has lay a solid theoretical base for this dissertation.Second, based on analyzing the characteristics of technical SMEs, the article investigates the factors affecting the growth of the technical SMEs. From the interior aspect, the key factors include Entrepreneurs quality and capacity, technical innovation, marketing ability, financial ability, and other aspects of the seven. From the exterior aspects, the key factors include Policy law environment, technical environment, financing environment, economical and market environment and government behavior.Third, by analyzing the view of 120 effective questionnaires, obtains primary factor which the influence enterprises'growth. The more important factors are financial ability, market ability, technological innovation ability, financing environment, strategic ability, entrepreneur ability and HR management ability.Last, the article analyzed the question of technical SMEs in china, and proposed corresponding solutions to the problems. The solution includes two important aspects. On one hand, the technical SMEs should enhance internal management and sharpen its own ability. On the other hand,the government improve the external condition.
