This paper is based on the theory of human resource management. Through the method of comparative analysis and by the interviews and questionnaires, the article diagnoses the problems of human resource management in GBE Exhibition Company. First of all, the article combines with the features of the Conferences and Exhibitions industry and small micro business, starting from the employment mode, recruitment, payment, training and leadership, and explores the current situation of the company on the human resource management and finds the principal problems. Secondly, the article presents a complete analysis of the proceeding aspects by the survey results. Finally, based on the proceeding research, the article poses measures accordingly. The measures includes a mode of combining with permanent staff and temporary staff, outsourcing a few jobs, building up a talent team, improving the recruitment and payment management, carrying out staff training and improving the leader’s charisma and management ability etc. The article has an important guiding significance for the GBE Exhibition Company to changing the status quo of human resource management and solving the problems of hard to recruit people and keep people.The major contribution of this paper lies in:(1) combined with the features of the Conferences and Exhibitions industry, this paper explores the problems of human resource management in small micro exhibition business in the early days and does a full research.(2) the article presents a complete analysis for human resource management in GBE Exhibition Company and poses measures accordingly. The article has an important guiding significance for small micro business to improve the management of human resource. The research can also be popularized to other small micro business in related industries.
