With the coming of global competition and knowledge economy, human resources hasincreasingly become the basis of enterprise competitive advantage, which has been generallyrecognized by the scholars, entrepreneurs and management practitioners. The HRM is thecenter of modern enterprise to realize the reasonable allocation and provide an opportunity toencourage enthusiasm and creativity. In recent years, SH Energy Company acquires bothopportunities and a series of challenges. How to change the HRM successfully is the key toimprove competitive advantage and core competence.Content of the article is organized into three parts: The first part contains an introductionand two chapters of basic theoretical research, briefly describes the background andsignificance of the topic as well as objects and methods in this thesis proposes the startingpoint of this study, and read through a lot of human resource management relevant aspects ofliterature, books and materials, case studies were elaborated human Resource Management-related basic theory and scholars of human resource management. The second part startingfrom the non-technical analysis, first a brief overview of SH Energy Company, including theestablishment, size, organization information, and an overview of its organizational structureand corporate culture, clear the stage. SH Energy Company Total Human ResourceManagement requirements and the specific requirements of each plate; then by analyzingsurveys, interviews with a variety of methods, consulting and other data and informationobtained, the theory and practice of human resource management SH Energy Company tosummarize the status quo, and summed up the various parts of the problem.
