Supply Chain (SC) was brought forward the first time in the late 80s, and today it is used extensively in the word, especially in developed countries. In the incorporate economy, traditional SC has not responded the complex and varied requirement of the market. How to improve agility of the SC effectively has been the goal of the global scholar working over. Here, we analyzing the character and operational strategy of the Agile Supply Chain (ASC), then put forward several approaches to improve the agility of the SC: harmonizing the relationship of the members, purchase management and inventory management in the SC.In this article, we analyzed the actuality of the global SC, its course and facing problems, at the same time, we analyzed the notion and characters of the ASC, explain the need and imminence to sensitize the SC.In chapter 3, we analyzed the principles of the ASCM and the strategy : ① mass customization (MC). By integrating individual customization with mass producing, we can supply specific product in mass and low cost. ② delay strategy. Delay strategy is the main measure to face the mass customization supply chain, it delay the purchase, manufacture, assembly, transport, distribution, packaging, and other links in SC. ③ operation outsourcing. Outsourcing some operations, such as the no longer profitable or less profitable, or difficult to control, and management support operations, to other firms to save time and effort to cope with the ever-changing market demands and improve performance. ④ suppliers management. To establish a good cooperative with the upstream suppliers, make the SC holding a quick response to rapidly changing market. ⑤ knowledge sharing. The members of the supply chain to share not only the "message", but also the relevant technologies, corporate culture, management philosophy.In chapter 4, according the real SC management of Sichuan Chuanwei group, we analyzed the problem of the SC in China, and addressed the key problems that must be solved. CD harmonizing the relationship of the members. Through analyzing the factors, which impacting the confidence of the enterprises in the SC addressed thecountermeasures of how to maintenance and advance the relationship between the members of the SC;(2) purchase management in ASCM. For realizing the agile supply chain, we must change the perchance management in traditional SC and introduce JIT purchase;? inventory management in ASCM. Through the analysis of the inventory management problem in the traditional SC, proposing the multi-echelon inventory control model was advised to adopt in ASCM.
