With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, automobile industry is facing increasingly fierce competition in the market. Competition among enterprises has changed to supply chain competition. At the same time, traditional management mode cannot adapt to the competitive demands of the market and were replaced by supply chain management mode. In order to meet the demands of the market faster more flexible and more efficiently, agile supply chain management emerged based on the theory of supply chain management.In today’s world, the demand of the market appears the features of diversification, personalization etc. In order to survive the competition and make development, enterprises must establish a flexible, efficient, and agile supply chain to satisfy market demand. In agile supply chain management mode, the communication and sharing of information between node enterprises, reasonable setting of internal processes and vendor management, not only affect the interest for each node enterprise importantly, but also impact on the productivity of the entire supply chain appreciation efficiency. The level of agile supply chain management becomes an important factor for the core competitiveness of enterprises.Combined with the domestic and international theory of supply chain management, agile supply chain management and delivery management, taken company C in the automotive industry as an example, first, this article analyses the problem of information sharing, process setting and vendor management during delivery and poses macro-management, secondly, it submits improvement measures in response to these questions. At the same time through a comparative analysis of the data before and after, it evaluates the effect of improvement of delivery problems. At last, from the point of view that taken the supply chain as a whole, this article raised that enterprises should work together with both upper reaches and downstream enterprises to improve the overall efficiency of agile supply chain.Combined with the delivery problems faced by C Company, it finds out three key factors affect delivery efficiency by contrast analysis according to the related theory of agile supply chain management. From the point of full scenarios, it summits the problem solving mode of cooperation with enterprise upper and lower in the chain. Improvement of information sharing, internal process setting and supplier management can improve the accuracy and timely rate of its delivery which will not only conform to the present situation of agile supply chain, and also help to improve the enterprise competitiveness. It is not only helpful to the car industry enterprise but also have certain reference significance for other supply chain enterprise. In this paper, the main research results are:(1)Using existing delivery management platform of C Company, improve the information sharing with its customer to shorten the time for the following process of production, logistics, delivery and selling.(2)Getting rid of unnecessary internal process of delivery management, centralizing information and operation, rationalizing allocation of resources will raise the management efficiency and quality.(3) For the problems of C company supplier management, it strengthens the supplier monitoring intensity, submits the advice as:rigorous requirements to subcontractors for information feedback, coordination of production and sales arrangement to raise the core competitive power of suppliers.The innovation of this paper lies in:For the enterprise in agile supply chain, according to the characteristics of agile supply chain, when the problem happens, they should not only find countermeasures inside itself. They also suggested to find out solution for factors affect on the whole chain working efficiency by cooperating with enterprise upper and lower in the chain and taking the supply chain as a whole.
