Agile Supply Chain Assessment System And Method

Leagile supply chain is a kind of supply management pattern which combines two kinds of theory called lean production and agile manufacture considering the position of the de-coupling point. Because of the severe of market competence and diversification of customer's demand, enterprises pay more and more attention to leagile supply chain.In the first two chapters, the dissertation first introduces the research actuality of supplier-selection system and supply-chain-performance evaluation system and their evaluation method. Secondly, the dissertation brings forward five typical leagile supply chain paradigms in considering the position of the de-coupling point and gives a brief depiction for each of them.In leagile supply chain, enterprise has to improve customer' satisfaction in view of reducing the cost of products. Therefore, the indexes which affect the supply performance and supplier-selection in leagile supply chain are different to in other kind of supply chain, so does their evaluation method. The key point of this dissertation is the construction of index system and evaluation method. Firstly, the paper constitutes supplier-selection index system and supply-chain-performance evaluation index system for leagile supply chain on the basis of reviewing the supplier-selection indexes and supply-chain-performance evaluation indexes of the lean supply chain and agile supply chain. Secondly, it brings forward a sort of arithmetic names AHP/LVM, which is both quantitative and qualitative, to select a supplier and to evaluate performance of a supply chain. The arithmetic first uses AHP to get each sub index's weight, and then uses LVM to calculate each index's weight and practical weightiness of the reviewed object, and finally gets evaluation for each supplier or performance of the supply chain. In the last, the paper testifies the practicability of this kind of arithmetic using concrete data.
