The Choose And Management Of The Supplier Among The Agile Supply Chain

With the acceleration of the process of globalization, China's equipment manufacturing enterprises are faced with more fierce market competition. The management mode regarding product and production as center has not fit in with the need of modern market competition, and has been replaced with the supply chain management viewing customers' demand as the central point. Under supply chain management, individual firm no longer competes as an independent entity, but rather as an integral part of supply chain linkage. In order to survive in the environment of fierce competition, it is necessary to establish a modern enterprise management system on the base of knowledge management, as well as to build the agile supply chain that adapts to the conditions of changing market environment in production.In supply chain, purchase system is the most important linkage, which is not only the sign to measure the level of supply chain management, but also is the most key factor to determine the completion capability of supply chain. As an important part in the building and managing of the agile supply chain, the suppliers whose management effectiveness will affect directly the stocking cost as well as product quality have a huge impact on competition of the corporate procurement. On the partner choice appropriate or not enormous influences chain each member's vital interest, and affect the increment efficiency on the chain. But choosing appropriately or not is mainly decided by the accuracy on the candidate partner evaluation or not. So the deep studying of the suppliers' choice and dynamic management in agile supply chain environment is not only of important theoretical value but also of practical significance.The principle of determing cooperative partner for agile supply chain is discussed. The comprehensive evaluation index system model of cooperative partner for dynamic supply chain is set up. The index system subdivides the evaluation indicators between the new suppliers and the old suppliers, it includes 7 first-level indicators, 14 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators, so that the core enterprises conveniently choose and evaluate suppliers. Based on the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method which works in MATLAB test environment, an analog simulation is carried out. In addition, based on the results which the core enterprises has evaluated the suppliers using the index system, a dynamic management system of suppliers is established, so that we can develop the supplier management system and improve the production management of China's equipment manufacturing industry and realize information management of the supplier.
