Application Research Of Risk Management Of Consulting Project For A Company’s Management And Control Model

As market competition intensifies, the traditional management model of enterprises has become increasingly manifesting symptoms of fatigue, such a problem for traditional industries, large state-owned enterprises become more prominent. In order to meet global market competition, speed up to enhance enterprise management level, corporate managers often need outside help-consulting body to provide management consulting to achieve enterprise management model to enhance or upgrade. However, how the wisdom of using advisory body to the abstract management theory and application of advanced management concepts and flexible enterprise, for enterprises, their development is still facing great challenges on the road. In this case, enterprise management consulting projects carried out by generally contain a large number of the implementation of the risk.In this paper, business perspective, to study its management consulting project risk assessment and measures to establish a scientific focus on operational risk identification, risk assessment and risk control system. First according to consulting business process and management consulting case, reveal the mechanism of risk and complete the risk identification. Then according to management consulting project life cycle, establish a risk evaluation index system, and according to risk characteristics of consulting projects for the management and control model,carried out a qualitative risk assessment and forming a management consulting project implementation risk assessment process. Finally according to the results of risk assessment, develop appropriate risk response.This study can be more objective analysis of management consulting in the implementation of the project risk, for risk management decision-makers provide the basis for development of a risk control strategies, which carried out a similar business consulting project will be a very valuable study.
