Management consulting company is a typical knowledge intensive enterprises,Business is characterized by its input and output are knowledge, knowledge of management consulting company is the key to influence the core competitiveness between the customer and the enterprise as the bridge.As the core issue of knowledge management, knowledge sharing plays an important role in the process of knowledge products,because knowledge sharing can improve the decision, disseminate the best experience, reduce the trial and error diffusion and innovation cost. Then the output efficiency and quality of knowledge product can be improved and it can provide customers satisfy even the solution to exceed the customer’s expectations, improve the management consulting project performance, and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the company, so the researches on the relationship between knowledge sharing and project performance in management consulting project is very necessary.The relationship between knowledge sharing and project performance is not jane and direct, the process will be influenced by other factors. In this paper, the two factors-task characteristics and knowledge leadership, verify their impact on both the empirical method. The main content of this article is the relationship between knowledge sharing and project performance in management consulting projects, tasks uncertainty,task (knowledge) embeddedness, empowering leadership, the construction of information system in the regulation. The project task characteristics mainly choose the task uncertainty and task (knowledge) embeddedness, knowledge leadership is divided into two aspects of authorization and information system construction.Firstly,this paper reviewed and combed the previous research about knowledge sharing, project performance and task uncertainty, task(knowledge) embeddedness, authorization, information system construction.According to the characteristics of the management consulting firms and research content, we define variables,select dimensions,set the measurement items,and put forward the hypothesis..In the empirical part of the article,we distributed and recovered questionnaire, finally we got178effective questionnaires and access to the data by the SPASS16.0for processing, including reliability,validity analysis and regression analysis, regression analysis including knowledge sharing and project performance and task uncertainty, task(knowledge)embeddedness, empowering leadership,the construction of information system.The regression result shows:task uncertainty sharing and project performance play a positive regulatory role only in the external knowledge, task (knowledge)embedded in knowledge sharing and project performance play a positive regulatory effect, and empowering leadership and information system construction did not play a regulatory role, verified some of the assumptions of this article, this it may also be due to resource and sample restrictions or special circumstances under specific situations and objects.In the end of this paper, we analyzed the empirical conclusion and puts forward some suggestions on knowledge sharing for management consulting projects.
