At this stage,the countries in the world are paying more and more attention to thebuilding of enterprise culture. Enterprise culture is considered as the main dynamical factorsfor building sustainable businesses. In the background of knowledge economy and economicglobalization, the outstanding enterprise culture is not only the advanced management concept,is a component of the management of member enterprises. In the increasingly competitivetoday, between banks is not only in product, marketing, management of the competition, is theenterprise culture of competition between banks. Enterprise’s culture refers to a set of concept,belief, mode of behavior and thinking which different from other enterprise. The culture of theenterprise as the belief and put values in practice, is also the enterprise and faith, the conceptof value in the course of practice truly implemented. The enterprise culture is mainly by meansof culture and spirit, in the management of deep-seated on enterprise behavior norms, toprovide services for the enterprises to achieve the target. The process of construction ofenterprise culture, the management and development of enterprise strategy, it can be moreeffectively promote the enterprises to improve economic efficiency, quality and social benefitsof the whole.Economy takes the finance as the core, the financial enterprise culture also should standin the forefront of the most advanced culture. In the enterprise culture construction process,Huaxia Bank pays attention to the advanced and strategic enterprise culture, combined thepublic’s trust with the direction of kernel development and social orientation. A series ofpractices greatly improves competitive of Huaxia Bank. In the construction of enterpriseculture, Huaxia Bank has a plan and purpose, will be determined the value target andenterprise values, enterprise spirit, enterprise ethics set up, all kinds of culture, to mobilize theenthusiasm of the staff, so that the quality of the staff has been proposed. But the enterpriseculture construction process has problems too, and the problem, which is also common amongfinancial firms, becomes enterprise culture resistance. Therefore, this study which focuses onthe issue of cultural construction, is the demands of self-development, competition with otherenterprise, and adaptation time development request. The construction of enterprise culture, the Chinese banks is its own developmentrequirements, is competing demands between banks, it is proposed to adapt to the rapiddevelopment of the requirements of the times.Based on the domestic and foreign various practical experience and cultural theory,through the analysis of literature, research methods such as in-depth, analysis of the realities ofthe situation of corporate culture in Huaxia Bank. The problems and the analysis of the currentsituation of Huaxia Bank, the construction of enterprise culture exists as a starting point.Builds the framework system of Huaxia Bank enterprise culture construction, and proposesrelative countermeasures, and provides new ideas for the Construction Bank of Chinaenterprise culture.The success of the research has certain practical significance and theoretical significance.Theoretical significance it has for the problems existing in the enterprise culture constructionof commercial banks in China at present to make up. This research is mean to put forwardpolicy suggestions for enterprise culture construction of Huaxia Bank, which will benefit theBank further improved enterprise culture, eventually improve competitive marketplace.
