Present Situation Diagnosis And Development Strategy Research For The Enterprise Culture In Jin’ An Company

With the economic globalization, the competitions between enterprises involve not only economic strength, science and technology, but also the contest of enterprise cultures. The present era is characterized by cultures, and there will be a severe test for both enterprises’ management approach and business philosophy. If companies want to win a place and accomplish something, it is indispensable to build a powerful l enterprise culture. Enterprise culture has increasingly been valued by abusiness community as an indispensable soft power of the enterprise development strategies.The monopoly pattern of the nuclear industry has constantly been broken by fluctuation of the international uranium price at lower level, and the domestic uranium industry has gradually been opened to the public. Jin’an Company faces many challenges in the future development as a member of uranium mining industry. Therefore, it has great significance to systematically build up and implement corporate culture for its future competition.Firstly, the connotation, function and the status of enterprise culture both at home and abroad, were elaborated, and the significance, ideas and methods for the research were described based on literatures of enterprise culture and combined with the industry environment for Jinan company. Then, to make comprehensive, systematic diagnosis of the current situation of company culture by in-depth analysis, culture development history and the survival environment at present were analyzed by means of the combination of theory and practice, the Denison and "7S" model, and looking up a number of internal document of the company as well as in-depth interview and questionnaire survey. Many problems, such as focus on external conditions and ignorant of internal environment, consistency and participatory of enterprise culture, have been found, and there are obvious deficiencies in company institution and cultural construction, The organization setting are unreasonable, and the management process is too complex.The results are helpful to chart the path for the future cultural development for Jinan company, and provide experience for other similar mining companies.
