Project Management Research Of Telecommunication LBS Service Platform

With the increasingly fierce market competition of the operator, the operators arecontinually expanding the new direction of development. Information technology project as ahot market demand, got more and more attentions.Traditional management method is difficultto adapt to the various needs of customers. Using comprehensive measures for theimplementation of the project management,it will make all kinds of resources in the projectcan be used more effectively, so that the project process will be more clear, the projectdocument more standardization, the risk control more clear reason, so as to improve theoverall level of project management purposes.According to modern project management method, this paper discusses the telecom LBSservice platform for how to use project management methods and the scientific and advancedin the whole process of project management, to implement of the final user needs. Studyingon the management process of the platform construction, we ultimately formed a set of lifecycle management project. This paper gives a lot of document data and the construction ofdata from LBS service platform. By the method of theory with practice, the scientificmanagement methods will improve the efficiency and quality of work quickly.This article mainly point out the scientific management methods in the construction of theproject from the three layers of management, which is the project human resourcemanagement, time management and integration management. Human resources managementis analysed for involved personnel from three aspects: human resources planning, organizingthe project team and constructing project team. Project time management analyzes the lifecycle of the project, and the characteristics of the model project is to make the product lifecycle (PLC) and the software life cycle (SDLC) combined together to formulate process areaand process activities, in the same time we analyzes the four stages of product in the wholelife cycle of the distribution and so on. Project integration management is effectivemanagement control from the aspects of project control, quality assurance and configurationmanagement, and combining with the example of the project of effective management, so asto improve the efficiency and the quality of the project.
