Companies existed to make their due contribution to social developm ent, however, how to obtain the biggest econom ic benefits is their focus, and there are many factors influencing the econom ic efficiency of the companies. Organizational culture, as an intangible assets, subtly influences all aspects of daily operations of the companies. The im provement of employee satisfaction can not on ly increase the happiness of the e mployees, but also boost th e enthusiasm of the staff, and improve the work efficiency. Organi zational commitment can forecast the employee turnover rate, high level of organizational comm itment represent a lower em ployee turnover rate, therefore reducing business operating costs. So the study of these three factors is of great sig nificance. For organ izational culture, organizational commitm ent and employee satisfaction, most prev ious researches focused on the relationship of tw o between them, but the research which put the three factors together are rare, so th is study will explore the m echanism of relationship among them, and how organizational culture affect organizational commitment through the staff satisfaction.This research adopts the Organizational culture questionnaire, the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire and organizational commitment questionnaire to invest 454 employees of private com panies and fore ign companies, discusses the role of employee satisfaction in the relationshi p between organizat ional culture and organizational commitment, the results are as follows:1. there were sign ificant differences of organizational culture in age, the organizational culture of age 21-30 and >50 were significantly higher than the level of 31 to 40 age group. Organizational commitment were significant differences in age, the organizational commitment of 21-30 is significantly higher than the levels of 31-50.2. there were significant differences of organizational culture in work tim e, the work time under 30 years of em ployee satisfaction is higher than the work tim e > 30 years of employee satisfaction.3.organizational culture, em ployee satisfaction and organizational com mitment was significantly positive correlation, and organizational culture can significantly predict employee satisfaction and orga nizational commitment, and em ployee satisfaction can significantly predict organizational commitment.4. employee satisfaction is partially intermediary between organizational culture and organizational commitment.
