With the rapid development of economy and society, people’s living standards improve a lot. With these requirements,the Happy-farmer tourism emerges as new agricultural leisure tourism. Its main features is to taste the country style cuisine, live in a farm house, do some farm work and enjoy the country life, letting people experience the original farm life in relaxing pastoral life. Happy-farmer tourism is the product of the development of the social economy and culture, the result of the adjustment of agriculture industrial structure and the upgrading of consumption structure of urban and rural areas. It not only plays an important role in increasing the income of farmers, promoting rural economic development, but also in the adjustment of rural single economy, the construction of socialist new countryside and the improvement of tourist market.Shanghang county is one of seven counties in Longyan city, Fujian province, which lies in the south-west of Fujian province.
