Happy-farmer is a new form of tourism appeared in the 1980s, which came intobeing with the national policy to help the poor and market supply and demand. Carriedby agriculture,village and farm activity, it mainly makes use of yards, orchards,farm andfish ponds, developped gradually in surburbs or around the tourism attractions. Itfeatured the rural activities, rural customs, and cultures of different peoples. Taking"Having farmers' dinner, Staying in farmers' house,Working as a farmer, enjoying theHappy-farmer" as its main insight, this type of tourism offer package tour includingvisiting, experiencing and entertainment. Its developping is good for pushing forwardthe adjustment of rural industry structure, transferring surplus labor force, furtherdecreasing the difference between downtown areas and rural areas, increasing farmers'income and living standard, pushing forward the construction of rural material andspiritual civilization.Under the rapid development of Happy-farmer, this article analyzes in detail thebackground, cause, present situation, existing problems and solving measures of theHappy-farmer, then makes a comprehensive arguementation on the development of theHappy-farmer in combination with cases.The whole article consists of nine parts.Part 1 introduces the background, meaning, contents, methods and technical route ofthe study.Part 2 introduces the study documents home and abroad along with the expectation.Part 3 analyzes the present situation of the Happy-farmer, firstly introduces thebackground and cause of the Happy-farmer, its concept, features and types, its positiveand negtive meanings; secondly the article analyses its present situation home and abroad; lastly measures are put forward according to the existing problems.Part 4 analyses the developing conditions of the Happy-farmer, mainly includingtourism resource, social enviroment, geogrophical position and transportation.Part 5 introduces the management contents of the Happy-farmer and its eightmanagement modes.Part 6 introduces the management of the Happy-farmer, mainly including qualitymanagement, financial management, staff management, safety management, sightseeing district management.In addition, quality management includes purchasemanagement, service management and hygiene management.Part 7 expects the prospect of the Happy-farmer, pointing out that a new form of theHappy-farmer tourism product construction, which takes the agricultrual sightseeing asthe main product, joinable tourism as the secondary product, vacational tourism asthe goal has come into being in our country.Part 8 studies the Chongdugou Happy-farmer concretely, introduces briefly itsdeveloping process, developing conditions, existing problems, and makes a publicsurvey with the tourists and local residents, then summarizes the main successfulexperience of Chongdugou Happy-farmer in accordance with the feed back informationand the author's analysis from the collected materials.Part 9 summarizes the main conclusion and the problems that need further study.In the course of argument and description, this article quotes some illustrations.
