"Post-industrial society is organized around knowledge." Knowledge is the key factor to grasp the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the way to capture and apply the knowledge, there have been two important concepts for an enterprise knowledge workers and knowledge transfer. Knowledge transfer is an important issue of knowledge management, it impacts on the ability of enterprises to control knowledge. The knowledge workers are the main participants in this knowledge transfer, their motivation and behavior directly affects the success of knowledge transfer. Therefore, this article will " motivate knowledge workers knowledge transfer activities " as the object of studyFirstly, the relationship between knowledge workers and knowledge transfer are analyzed, and then used the evolutionary game model with the principal-agent model in-depth study of the impact of knowledge workers to improve knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer specificity factors and conclusions as an incentive target model and set the foundation principles. Finally, under the guidance of incentive objectives and principles, using systems theory and case analysis discusses the design of incentive mechanisms. The main conclusions are as follows:The first factor, the impact of knowledge transfer knowledge workers are:gain knowledge transfer, knowledge transfer and knowledge transfer costs motive Factors affecting the transfer of knowledge workers to improve specificity are:the extent of the transfer of existing knowledge to improve specificity cost factor, the incremental revenue and personal abilities. Combination of knowledge transfer and characteristics of knowledge workers, the general incentives challenges as follows:1-stimulate knowledge transfer motivation;2. guide knowledge workers dedicated metastatic behavior;3. incentives to be more systematic.Second, to encourage knowledge workers to knowledge transfer activities is an important goal of this study. The overall aim of the conclusions in the model guidance is subdivided into three sub-goals:1. increased knowledge transfer income knowledge workers;2. reduce the cost of knowledge transfer knowledge workers;3. enhance knowledge transfer specificity. To achieve these goals, this paper presents the design principles further incentives, and emphasized one of the " systematic principle " key principles to guide the overall design.Third, depending on the target using different excitation incentives, and stressed to the systematic use of various means. Finally, the use of the case method to combine incentives empirical case analysis in this article prove meaningful motivate employees to participate in the knowledge-based knowledge transfer paper incentives.
