IT is the high-tech industry. It has an important position in our national economy.With the development of information technology, the application of knowledge is more andmore extensive. So knowledge workers have been the important resource and dominantforce in IT enterprise. As the creator and user of knowledge, they are the important part ofenterprise’s core competitiveness and the the driving force in the processing of production. Soattract, train and motivate the excellent knowledge workers to give full play to theirpotential is an important factor that determines the long-term development of an ITenterprise.First of all, this paper proposed the general framework of how to motivate knowledgeworkers based on the problem, target, content, and method that this paper wouldresearch. And then this paper analyzed the features of knowledge workers in LCCompany. We extracted the incentive factors of knowledge workers in LC Company viaanalyzing the demands of them. Finally, we confirmed the incentive framework for theknowledge workers in LC Company based on Salary system, environmental conditions, jobsand individual pursuit, and then this paper discussed the application of this framework.
