With the development of economic globalization and market internationalization, the integration and management of supply chain has increasingly attracted great attentions from enterprises. Suppliers, as the source of the entire supply chain, are responsible for the input of manufacturing resources, occupying an important position in the supply chain. The standard of selecting and managing suppliers has become an important issue of supply chain management. Supplier evaluation is not only the standards-based solution for activities such as supplier selection, management, monitoring and improvement, but also is the core of procurement management. Supplier evaluation, which composes a series of qualitative factor and quantitative factors, is a supplier-selection solution for choosing a good supplier and reducing the risk and cost of enterprise. Meanwhile, in order to maintain a symbiotic win-win supply chain partnership, it must realize a balance between qualitative factors and quantitative factors.Currently, dozens of comprehensive evaluation methods have been adopted both at home and overseas, but generally they can be divided into two categories: subjectively-empowered evaluation method and objectively-empowered evaluation method. The former are mostly qualitative research methods to obtain the weights by experts subjective judgment based on experience, such as the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE), the latter is based on the variation coefficient correlation between indicators or indicators to determine weights, such as the gray correlation method, TOPSIS method, principal component analysis, etc. most of these methods require the type of evaluation index for one of the quantitative indicators, often hard to quantify the qualitative indexes for helpless. When the evaluation index system that contains both qualitative index (difficult to quantify) and two kinds of quantitative indexes (linear and nonlinear compensation index) in any of the two kinds or more than two kinds, the above method is difficult to evaluate or poor evaluation results. This article will apply the error-elimination theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into real practice, combining with the actual situation of enterprise procurement and supply. Besides, through the study of supplier selection and evaluation system, it constructs a supplier evaluation index system, which contains both qualitative index and two kinds of quantitative indexes (linear and nonlinear compensation index). Combining error system for the classification of the system elements, the indicators are divided into key indicators, important indicators and redundant indicators; For quantitative indicators, through index attribute index divided into efficiency index, cost index, fixed type index and interval index. From the perspective of both the supplier evaluation system has been established to classify, build the index system corresponding to the error function, and then calculating the corresponding error value and maximum loss value. From the angle of the system loss caused by the indicator error, to build weight vector and evaluation matrix of error-elimination, and finally established a quantitative multi-index supplier selection evaluation model——error-elimination comprehensive evaluation method, the evaluation theory of different with the traditional evaluation method.
