Decision sciences is a newly developing and comprehensive discipline focused on theory, principle, procedure and method of making decisions. The country,enterprise and individuals are making decisions all the time, and the quality of the decision would directly influence the gains and losses of the decision maker and recipient. Current study on investment decision-making theory lays particular emphasis on economic benefit, and most of them, from the positive angle, consider the investment decision-making, seldom from the angle of error to study the same problem.Real estate industry has become the pillar industry of national economy after a flourishing for 20 years. With the development and improvement of socialist market economy, comes the growing and prosperity of real estate market. Due to the inconvertibility of investment and strong relevance with associated industries, if analysis and decision is neglected, it would bring about unbalanced development of national economy, which coincides with the waste of economic benefit.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of real estate investment, real estate investment decision-making process and the current situation of China's real estate investment decisions, and analyzed the external environment of real estate investment decision-making mainly includes:social environment, the political environment, economic environment, policy and legal environment and cultural environment, natural geographical environment, infrastructure reminder and population environment; And the internal environment real estate investment enterprise human, material and financial resources etc, for the real estate investment decisions affect the and so on.Using error-eliminating theory, this paper abstracted real estate investment decisions as object system, establishing the corresponding condition subsystem, conclusion subsystem, intrinsic function subsystem,goal subsystem and relations subsystem, and establish corresponding to the various subsystems discriminant rule. On the basis of logic and system theory and method, it studied the logic relationship of each factor, and decision condition and decision goal in real estate investment decisions system, and how to select appropriate error function for a fixed domain and discrimination rule,then, several common distributions of fuzzy error functions are listed.Then based on this very object system, it studied the relationship among operation,transformation and each factor of this real estate investment decisions system. Finally, it seek for feasible solution to avoid and eliminate the investment error according to "fifteen,six,three" methods of error-eliminating theory, studying the error in real estate investment decisions system by error eliminating theory.In the last chapter, taking Gulou building in Kunming city as example, this paper analyzed its error in detail through the built real estate investment decisions system. Particularly, aiming at one subsystem, according to whose character, it constructed the proper fuzzy error function and figured out its error value. Finally, it analyzed the error of the subsystem in detail, then transformed and eliminated the errors in the whole system respectively. Thus, this paper provides a reference for real estate investment decision makers.
