Today,China is in the era of rapid economic development,and market competition has become more sharp.If enterprise wants to maintain a sustained competitive advantage,then it is important to highlight its innovation.If the enterprise wants to achieve the ambition of innovation improvement,it has to rely on all stuffs’ effort and bases on the individual innovation.In the process of searching the innovate behavior,we can’t avoid the errors,they are everywhere and it’s important for us to take use of them.Enterprise and employees’ attitude as well as action on errors are become cores topics by scholars.Individual attitude and action on errors when they come across are called error orientations,and they are important contents in the area of error management research.The direction and degree of error orientations have great impact on individual innovation,and the study on the relationship between them has high value of research.In addition,there are many other variables which can influence the relationship between error orientations and innovation,and error management climate which serves as an organizational variable can play the role of moderating variable of the relationship between error orientations and innovation,so it is a kind of valuable research project on the relationship among this three items.Under this situation we study and analyze the active mechanism on the relationship between error orientations and innovation,and we research the moderating effect of error management climate.We carry on field research on the stuffs of high-tech enterprises in Dalian Software Garden,and analyze the data we collect from the research,then we study the relationship between error orientations and innovation as well as moderating effect of error management climate.At final,we propose some advise on error management for enterprises.This research mainly consists of five parts:In the first chapter,we talk about the proposition of research topic and the related backgound.Then we introduce the theory signiicance and practical value of the research as well as the research content from the aspets of variale selection,and introduced the innovaion points and research metods of this paper.The second chapter is literature review,through the study of theoretical evolution,introduces three variables,the three variables for hypothetical put forward a theoretical foundation.The third chapter is the research design,on the basis of literature review,do basic assumptions to relations between variables,determine the research model of this paper,and uses the mature scale for testing,to ensure that the scale reliability and validity.In the fourth chapter is the empirical analysis,summarize the result of the questionnaire survey to verify the validity and reliability of data,and introduces the correlation between data,through the regression analysis to verify the role of the relationship between variables.Chapter five includes the conclusions research limitations and prospect.This chapter verify whether a hypothesis and work alienation and counterproductive behavior of the relationship between the conclusion,put forward opinions and suggestions for the influence factors of the production behavior.As the research limitations and prospect,we study the defect,and discussed the research limitations and future development.In this paper,we draws the following research conclusions:error orientation,error handling,and error expectation is positively correlated with innovation behavior.Error concealment and error strain is negatively correlated with innovation behavior.And organizational error management climate has positive moderating effect between error orientation,error handling,error expectation,error concealment,error strain and innovation behavior.This paper has the innovation point as below,we study the employee innovative behavior from both individual and organizational layer,and we explore the effect among errors orientation,organization errors management atmosphere and employees innovation behavior through empirical research.Meanwhile we take organization errors management atmosphere as regulation variable,and employees of Dalian High-tech enterprises as object,so we can further explore the mechanism between errors orientation and innovation behavior of Dalian High-tech enterprises employees.The research limits of this paper have three points:Firstly the number of sample is limited and may influence the conclusion of research;then the object focus on employees of Dalian High-tech enterprises,in the future we could expand the range of research object,and we could make comparative studies between the high-tech enterprise and traditional technology enterprise or state-owned enterprise,then we can enrich the content of error management area;lastly this paper only focus on the moderating effect of errors management atmosphere and ignore other variables,in the future we could analyze multiple factors together.
