FAW-Volkswagen (FAW-VW) Changchun plant parts distribution center sites inautomotive development district where is2.3km away from FAW-VW.It providesbusiness service including parts storage, repackaging and distribution for body shop,painting shop, assembly line of FAW-VW.At present, parts late-delivery commonly happens with several aspects which areshown as lack in data support for production planning and parts demand, serveoff-balance works in the distribution center, tough management and operation fordistributing trucks, resources unbalanced and waste a lot and poor operationmanagement.etc. In order to solve the problems above, this paper focuses on how tooptimize current delivery situation and its mode to make things run efficiently andorderly.This paper refers to studies from the country and abroad about optimization ofdelivery status and delivery modes. Firstly, combing the principles and methods ofdelivery selection and design of auto parts. Characteristics, operation principles andscope of push and pull delivery are given in this paper. By using analytic networkprocess, evaluate and select prenatal parts delivery mode. The results shows that: thepre-batch stage should adopt promote-type delivery mode; in batch quantities stage,pull-type delivery mode is preferred way. Secondly, this paper analyzes performance,causes and effects of imbalance of auto parts delivery. Clarify the background and themeaning, measurement indexs, implementation procedures and techniques ofbalanced delivery. Thus, the beat as a technical breakthrough point, formulate beatsequalizer delivery program based on balanced delivery, i.e. prenatal parts distributioncenter balanced delivery scheme. By comparing parameters of before and afteroptimization, such as printing time and output, stocking time and quantity, loadingtime and departure time, we know that beats equalizer delivery program significantly alleviate a series of problems caused by uneven delivery.The research of this paper has reference value and practical significance inalleviating and solving problems of distribution center. For unbalanced delivery(supply) volume and delivery (supply) time of parts suppliers, unbalanced resourceallocation, and not high efficiency of distribution center.
