The agility level of production material in the workshop and production process, aswell as the logistics operation efficiency directly influence the quality and delivery timeof the products, which restricts the overall competitiveness. Therefore, for the domesticenterprises, improving the internal logistics management level and logistics operationefficiency is the key point to improve the market competitiveness. The purpose of thispaper is to construct the concept and key points of agile logistics control system toexcellently solve the production logistics problems in automotive accessory enterprises.After that, through analyzing the current situation of production logistics, an agilelogistics control framework and its mathematical model, which were suitable forcompany C, was put forward to improve the production logistics management level.At first, after analyzing the actual production logistics traits in manufacturingindustry, the paper elaborated the production logistics management characteristics andproblems in the automotive accessory enterprises. And then, the concept of agilitylogistics was put forward and its necessity was analyzed.Secondly, through analyzing the basic logistics control concept of pull productionand push production, the logistics control models of the two production system wereproposed. After elaborating logistics control features of the two models, based on thelogistics characteristics and management status of the automotive accessory enterprises,an agile logistics operation and control framework was constructed, which was suitablefor the current situation of those companies. Based on the framework, a correspondentlogistics control model was proposed. In this model, a production line was divided intoa few process modules (a process module is constituted by a few working procedure),the production schedule between the process modules is organized by pull production. Itmeans that the production and transportation of previous process module is driven bythe next process module, and the production order is transferred by production Kanban.Besides, in each process module, the production plan of each facility was drew up bythe planning team, basing on the technical sequence of products, the output of theequipment and the importance of the products. Thus, in this comprehensive model, thepull production and push production were combined together. Then we analyzed theagile principle, merits and the key idea of the comprehensive model.At the end of the paper, Furthermore, the complementation of agile logistics control system in company C is analyzed. Then a conclusion was drawn that the agilitylogistics can successfully solve the problems in the production logistics ofmedium-and-miniature private enterprise, improving the circulation efficiency ofmaterials and increases the profit.
