It was the year of 2009 that China became the largest country of automobile’ manufacturing and consuming. The large-sized automobile enterprises have entered into China in succsion after the year of 2000,which increases the production itself and impel the home enterprises to improve their technology of producing cars, in further upgrading the capability of the manufacturing and increasing the production. It is the demand on the increase that spurs the offer. With the per capita GDP rising constantly, people’s purchasing power is stronger and stronger. The competition of industry is growing with each passing day and the profit of car sales is pretty low, which is hard to change and force the enterprises to put the eyes on the after-sales service. From another point, the level of the after-sales service would directly effect the images of the enterprises and further the car sales. Therefore offering high-level of after-sales service would bring great significance to enterprises. As a necessity of the automotive maintenance and repairment, the supply in time of the spare parts is necessary condition to carry out the high level of after-sales services. The paper research the features of the demand and supply of the spare parts, circulation, mode of the logistics and the defaults the delivery network have, based on which the Common Delivery in the form of sharing goods van is put forward to use in the end of the delivery network of the spare parts. They are validated by the qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative analysis is made from the points of the internal mechanism of Common Delivery, the characteristics of spread of regional distribution centers. Based on the inventory of spare parts with three layers and not rebuilding the large distribution for the strategy, the quantitative analysis is made of three steps. The first step is to build the model of VRP which objective function is minimum cost, which includes cost from distribution center to the demand points and from one distribution center to another. The second step is to design Ant Colony Algorithm as a solution. Finally taking two distribution centers belonging to two different companies for example, two plans of dispatching, by oneself and with alliance, are put forward. The strategy would contribute to a lower cost at the end of distribution of spare parts by comparing the cost of two plans.Whether the depth and form of the Common Delivery can be expanded needs a further research and a better algorithm directily for the model remains to be designed.
