With the gradual establishment and management practices related to the conceptof performance management deepening in large state-owned commercial banks,focusing on performance management from the introduction of the concept ofperformance management focused on corporate strategic planning and managementprocess optimization goals early, to the construction and promotion system improveemployee performance management system metastases. But there are still somedifficult issues in employee performance management system and the organizationand implementation work. These include: employee job system and performanceindicators system is imperfect; monitoring the implementation of employeeperformance management platform and management tools lack; performanceappraisal is entitled to re-evaluation and scoring criteria is not enough scientificclarity; presence through the motions during the performance evaluation of theorganization and implementation, formalism; management information staffperformance appraisal results provide little application ineffective; performancetraining is not in place, the lack of performance management professionals, lack ofmanagement experience and performance management skills and so on.In this paper, Changchun, China Construction Bank selected Erdao Branch forthe study, the study analyzes the status of the line employee performancemanagement, and in-depth analysis of the bank employee performance managementsystem problems and their causes on their staff positions performance managementideas and points-based system operating system, performance appraisal index system,monitoring the implementation of the system, such as optimization measures staff performance appraisal organization and implementation of methods and processes,the use of performance evaluation results and other key issues detailed study, and tryto draw more suited to the needs of the branch features to optimize employeeperformance management and concrete improvement measures to promote thebank’s employee performance management to enhance a useful exploration.In this paper, the research concluded that employee performance managementsystem construction and implementation of financial systems landing grassrootsorganization is a systems engineering. It requires the participation of the businessfrom top to bottom, you need to really pay attention to corporate executives, the needfor effective implementation of all levels of management and staff need morescientific system of system construction and implementation process of theformation from planning, counseling, evaluation and feedback the closed-loop force.Especially in China’s financial industry existing enterprise management andcorporate culture conditions, employee performance management, there must be asimple, extensive gradually to the system, fine upgrade process that requiresmanagers to lead the staff organizations at all levels and in close connection with thisindustry, the enterprise features, performance management concepts to furthercultivate and deepen the relevant system, optimization measures to more strategicthinking and a more solid foundation of work gradual implementation and progress,in order to promote the unit employee Performance Management work continued toimprove, and ultimately a win-win business and employees in the performancemanagement.
