With the rapid economic growth in the new economic era, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competitive environment. Knowledge has become the key to the business success. It is the knowledge workers who master those resource. And one of the most important elements for enterprises’sustainable development is knowledge workers. The employees’demand diversification and their skills difference, therefore, the management of knowledge workers and motivation for them can influence the achievement very much.Currently, Study domestic and overseas abroad has achieved fruitful research results about motivation and motivation for knowledge workers, which provides a rich theoretical basis for the case studies in this article.Based on A Company as the research object, this paper further researches the present situation of, teases out existing problems and inductive cause of parts motivation mechanism in A Company. And then we summarized the reasons of the problems in A Company project management knowledge workers’motivation mechanism. On this basis, from the perspective of employee management in project management, we design the motivation mechanism through the external demand, the internal demand of knowledge workers, the management and evaluation. At the external demand of knowledge workers, motivation mechanism will be designed from two levels: difference compensation based on project team employee’s difference skills, full range of needs of welfare system of project team employees. At the internal demand of knowledge workers, motivation mechanism will be designed in three dimensions:use spirit to motivate team members based on organizational identification, using occupation oriented motivate team members based on the team members growth, motivate team members based on management system. At the management and evaluation of knowledge workers, motivation mechanism will be designed in three dimensions:Construct the performance evaluation system of knowledge workers in project team, breed enterprises culture which knowledge workers identification, create a feedback mechanism of motivation mechanism of knowledge employees in project team. This paper combines the study of theory and empirical research. And this paper summarizes the study of the theory of motivation theory, knowledge employees and knowledge employees motivate theory. On this basis, this paper uses methods of questionnaire and interview to collect data, and then the results were obtain by data analysis through induction and deduction. The motivation mechanism was designed for knowledge workers of project team in A Real Estate Company. And we hope that the motivation mechanism will be available for motivating and managing knowledge workers to get a higher level of performance in the real estate enterprise.
