In the increasingly competitive telecommunications equipment sales market environment,Company W,as a private-owned enterprise,must rely on the contributions of knowledgeable employees in order to survive and develop in a fiercely competitive market environment.The establishment of an effective incentive mechanism for knowledge workers is an important responsibility of W company's human resources management.This article takes W company as the research object and probes into the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in detail.Incentives for knowledge workers in W Company include:incentive compensation and benefits,job and career planning incentives,vocational training incentives and cultural incentives.Through questionnaire survey,it can be seen that the average satisfaction of knowledge workers to W company's performance management system is 3.412,which is between the general satisfaction and the basic satisfaction.Second,W company's incentive mechanism of knowledge workers,including:pay and benefits do not match with the job,the spirit of incentive is difficult to meet the needs of knowledge workers,performance appraisal and incentives supporting the use of the system is not perfect,the career development incentive system is not perfect.The reasons for the motivation mechanism of W employees'knowledge workers include:the company has insufficient knowledge of incentive management of knowledge workers,the lack of a sound remuneration and welfare establishment system,the imperfect design and evaluation of mental incentive,the performance appraisal and incentive management system Imperfect,have not yet established a sound career development mechanism.Thirdly,the countermeasures to promote the optimization of human resources management incentive mechanism for knowledge workers in W company include:improving the remuneration and benefits incentive mechanism for knowledge workers,strengthening the spiritual incentive to knowledge workers,perfecting the performance evaluation system based on examination,and improving knowledge workers Career development incentive system.Finally,the research of the full text is summarized.
