The popularization and rapid development of information technology have promoted the technological innovation of traditional industries,and the society has entered the era of knowledge economy.The rise of mobile internet,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,big data,internet of things and other emerging industries has led the times forward,but also makes the competition among enterprises more intense,makes enterprises become more dependent on knowledge.As the core human resources of enterprises,knowledge workers are the carrier of enterprise knowledge resources and the source of enterprise innovation.How to manage knowledge workers well,motivate knowledge workers,and establish a sound incentive mechanism for knowledge workers,will be a new challenge for enterprises.Perfect incentive mechanism for knowledge workers is conducive to motivating the enthusiasm and autonomy of knowledge workers,stimulating their innovative ability,bringing great economic benefits to the company,and at the same time reducing the company's operating and management costs.Therefore,the study of incentive mechanism for knowledge workers is very important.The incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in XM company is studied in this paper.Firstly,by means of on-the-spot visits and questionnaires,we understand the current situation and existing problems of knowledge workers incentive mechanism in XM company,such as unreasonable salary system,single welfare mode,lack of career planning,lack of long-term incentives etc.then analyze the causes of the problems.Secondly,combined with the personality characteristics and demand characteristics of knowledge workers in XM company,using incentive-related theory and drawing lessons from previous research results,we optimize the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in XM company from five aspects:salary incentive,welfare incentive,career development incentive,corporate culture incentive and emotional incentive.Finally,the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the knowledge workers incentive mechanism in XM company are put forward,including strengthening the leadership's attention and support to the incentive mechanism,coordinating with other systems and incentive mechanisms,improving the management of incentive funds,and implementing the propaganda work of incentive mechanism.The result of this study makes leaders in XM company pay more attention to knowledge workers,provides a reference for XM company to optimize the incentive mechanism for knowledge workers,which is conducive to the better development of XM company,and also provides a reference for other companies to motivate knowledge workers.
