The 21 st century is called the era of knowledge economy.With the development of science and technology,the core competitive factors of enterprises have changed.At this stage,both economic growth and productivity development are based on knowledge.As knowledge workers who master and create new knowledge,they play an increasingly prominent role in enterprises and gradually become the backbone of promoting the development of enterprises.Because of the particularity of knowledge workers,it is difficult to motivate knowledge workers effectively.The way to motivate them can not be totally equal to ordinary workers,which makes the human resource management of enterprises face new challenges and has become an important topic of human resource management in modern enterprises.L company is a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise located in the western inland city.It has a good momentum of development,but there are no effective methods and systems for the management of knowledge workers.Therefore,how to optimize the incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in the company is an important problem to be solved.In this paper,the characteristics of knowledge workers as a starting point,around the demand of knowledge workers for incentive mechanism,to build an incentive mechanism for knowledge workers.This paper combines the relevant literature at home and abroad,combs the characteristics of knowledge workers,employee incentives and other related theories,and provides theoretical support for the study of this article.By using questionnaires and in-depth interviews,this paper conducts in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of the potential needs of L company's knowledge workers and the effects of existing mechanisms,focusing on finding out the presence of L company's knowledge workers.The main problems existing in the implementation of incentive measures are analyzed according to the relevant theoretical knowledge.In order to eliminate the negative impact of these problems on the development of the company and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge workers,this paper formulates point-to-point incentive countermeasures for these reasons,and puts forward the optimization scheme of incentive mechanism from the aspects of perfecting salary system,reflecting personal value,and perfecting evaluation mechanism,so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the company.At the same time,this study has played a certain reference role in exploring the incentive mechanism for knowledge workers of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises in western inland cities,thus promoting enterprises to achieve scientific development,accelerate development and leapfrog development.
