For the moment, the enterprise management ethics draws more and more attention. The ethics plays more and more important role in the human resource management process accordingly. And organization justice, always be concerned from many aspects, such as individual perspective, interpersonal interaction, organization management and social development. In this investigation, we example the enterprises from China’s conditions, on the human resource management ethics, and organization justice of the theoretical and empirical research.In the theoretical study, the paper firstly analyses many relevant researches, then summarizes the basic idea in the human resource management ethics, and organization justice, finally, concludes the relevant concepts in the human resource management, human resource management ethics and organization justice detailedly. On this basis, the paper constructs a preliminary model between the two. By using EFA, build preliminary model, and prove the model with KMO to get the final model. Finally, this paper put forward the hypothesis model, made a research on the effect of human resource management ethics on organization justice.Through the verification results, the paper changes the four dimensions of human resource management to two dimensions:virtue ethics, system ethics. The organization justice still reminds the previous dimensions, which include distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice. Among them, system ethics can predict organization justice evidently.This conclusion make an important significance on our practical enterprise management, it guides the future managers to manage from the level of institutional ethics,at the same time, don’t ignore the construction of human resource management on virtue ethics. Both of them can give employees a comprehensive organization justice.
