Being long-standing and not changed by people's will, informal organization objectively exists in any forms of organization. And in China's unique traditional culture, informal organization is more likely to breed and develop. Meanwhile, informal organization has influences on the organization. Among those influences, some are positive and some are negative. Leader or manager in the organization should has a correct understanding of the informal organization's existence and effect; maximize it's positive effect and minimize it's negative effect to provide favorable conditions for the realization of goals and the development of organization.Informal organization is ubiquitous in the enterprise, and it's activities are much frequent and active. The activities of informal organization appear at enterprise's all levels and departments, and most are not limited to one level or department; so across management levels and departments, informal organization forms a complex network in the enterprise. The effect of the informal organization to an enterprise involve in all aspects of human resource management, such as recruitment and training, performance and salary management, turnover and retention, and so on; so in the enterprise, human resource management can not ignore the existence and strong effect of informal organization.At present, domestic research on enterprise's informal organization is being constantly carried out, but among the research, the one on informal organization in human resource management has not yet been given enough attention. Based on collation of the theory of informal organization, and analysis of informal organization's phenomenon, effect and problems in the enterprise's human resource management, this thesis discuss the strategies of informal organization in the enterprise's human resource management. This research could help to deepen understanding on informal organization's phenomenon, effect and problems in the enterprise's human resource management; and could also help to innovate and perfect the strategies of informal organization in the enterprise's human resource management.The main research results of this thesis are as follows:Firstly, much systematic collation on the theory of informal organization.This thesis does much systematic collation on the theory of informal organization, which is helpful to the research on single problem of informal organization and also complex problems of informal organization in human resource management.Secondly, analysis of informal organization's phenomenon, effect and problems in the enterprise's human resource management by cases and materials. This thesis collates and analyses the collected cases and materials in order to explain informal organization's problems in human resource management of enterprise. All the analysis could help people to understand the positive and negative effect of informal organization in the enterprise's human resource management; and at which aspect and how informal organization takes effect.Thirdly, strategies of informal organization in the enterprise's human resource management.The author notices that informal organization has the important effect on the realization of enterprise's human resource management goals and organization's cohesion. For informal organization's effect and problems in enterprise's human resource management, this thesis puts forward strategies, which could help to maximize informal organization's positive effect and minimize it's negative effect in enterprise's human resource management, and also could help to enhance enterprise's competitive advantage and achieve long-term development.
