Corporate social responsibility to employees is an important part of corporate social responsibility. In recent years, concerns about corporate social responsibility is higher and higher. But in China, private enterprises have a large problem about the social responsibility, the most serious problem is about the labor issues. So private enterprises must actively take up their social responsibility.This article has carried on the empirical research from the view of the employees, it is about the relationship between social responsibility of private enterprises to employee and employee satisfaction. By reading lots of literature, on the basis of reviewing and summarizing their relationship, the key concepts are defined, the indexes system of three variables are designed, Corporate social responsibility to the staff is divided into four dimensions:economic responsibility, legal responsibility and moral responsibility and development commitment of responsibility; The employee satisfaction is divided into internal and external satisfactory, And it puts forward the research framework of this study and assumptions. This article mainly for private enterprise employees take questionnaire investigation, using SPSS software for data correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and variance analysis. The results validate the studies hypothesis, research conclusions are as follows:(1)The fulfillment of social responsibility to private enterprises employee will be significant differences because of the different enterprise scale, the age and degree of managers; (2) the different age, degree and working years of the staff have significant differences in employee satisfaction; (3) different working years of employees have significant differences in organizational identification; (4) the corporate social responsibility to employees has positive influence to employee satisfaction; (5) corporate social responsibility to employees has a positive impact on organizational identification; (6) organizational identification has a positive impact on employee satisfaction; (7) organizational identification plays a partial intermediary effect between social responsibility to employees and employee satisfaction.Finally, the article puts forward the corresponding Suggestions, and points out the insufficient of this paper and prospect.
