Employee social responsibility is is an important component of corporate social responsibility, is also the primary condition to judge whether a enterprise have corporate social responsibility. However, in recent years, labor problem is the most serious in our corporate social responsibility, it objectively requires enterprises to actively carry out employee social responsibility."rational man"assumption in western economics pointed out that each subject engaged in economic activities are self-serving. Therefore, in order to persuade the companies to invest in social responsibility activities urgently objectively, we have to prove that doing this is beneficial for the company.Based on the above consideration, this paper starts from the necessity and rationality of corporate social responsibility, obtains that corporate social responsibility has an impact on employees' work attitude by combing through literature, and, in theory, finds the relationship between employee social responsibility and employees'work attitude. On that basis, this paper presents the model of research ideas to discuss the impact of employee social responsibility to employees'work attitude, and collect data for empirical analysis through questionnaire survey. Learned from Carroll (1991) stakeholder / responsibility matrix, employee social responsibility is divided into economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and discretionary responsibilities to measure; employees'work attitude select job satisfaction, affective commitment and turnover intension to study. In process of data dealing, this paper uses the methods of independent samples T test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on, and empirical results confirm the research hypothesis. Then, discuss the empirical results and summarize the conclusions of this research are:(1) There are significant differences in the performance of employee social responsibility to the different types of enterprises (state-owned enterprises and private enterprises). Compared with the state-owned enterprises, overall performance of the private enterprises'employee social responsibility are weaker.(2) Employee social responsibility has a significant impact on employees' work attitude. Employee social responsibility both have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and affective commitment,has a significant reverse effect in turnover intension.(3) Each dimension of employee social responsibility (economic responsibility, legal responsibility, moral responsibility and discretionary responsibilities) both have a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and affective commitment, has a significant reverse effect in turnover intension, the degree of influence decreases gradually in turn.(4) To different nature of enterprises, there is little difference on the impact of employee social responsibility on employees'work attitude.Finally, this paper put forward the corresponding proposal applying the conclusion of the study, and pointe out the deficiencies of this study and study prospects.
