It is incumbent on companies to fulfill their social responsibilities, but in the process of fulfilling them, social responsibility issues are also emerging. The root cause is that companies fear that they will have to pay time and money to undertake social responsibilities and will affect the overall economic benefits of the company. Therefore,if the cost of resources invested by an enterprise due to fulfilling its social responsibilities is less than its ultimate income,it will prompt enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities.Studies have proven that the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility can significantly improve the company's reputation and competitiveness. However, few studies have demonstrated the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee performance.Under the background of innovation-driven development, employees,as the most active factor in enterprise productivity, play a very important role in the perception of social responsibility and the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, this article takes the employees of the company as the research object and “organizational identification and work input” as the intermediary variables to explore the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee performance.Through combing and summarizing related documents, the concept of the four core variables of corporate social responsibility, organizational identification, job input and employee performance is defined, and four assumption models are constructed.Finally,SPSS17.0 and AMOS20.0software were used to test the reliability and validity of the scale, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis.Through empirical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The positive performance of corporate social responsibility can significantly positively influence the organizational identification;(2)The active implementation of social responsibility by the company can significantly affect the job input;(3)The company can actively fulfill its social responsibilities.Significant positive impact on employee performance;(4)Organizationalidentification,job input can significantly positively affect employee performance;(5)Organizational identification positively affects job input;(6)Organizational identification plays a partial intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and employee performance, corporate social responsibility and job input;(7)Job Input plays a partial intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and employee performance, organizational identification and employee performance. Finally, according to the conclusions, several specific suggestions are made for the reference of the company;the limitations and prospects of the study are pointed out.
