| Recently, the words of "low-carbon economy" have been everywhere, and many social organizations and enterprises have also joined the ranks of low-carbon economy, with practical action to save energy and protect environmental. Clearly, enterprises are our power valve for social development. The existence of the business objectives is no longer of maximizing shareholder self-interest, but taking on the responsibility of maximizing the various stakeholders at the same time the interests of shareholders. Now it is not many on the empirical study of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad. Some scholars already did some studies on the relation between social responsibility and corporate performance, or corporate social responsibility and the external image. Due to the employees' basic role to enterprise development, this article mainly researches the relationship between enterprise social responsibility and employee satisfaction, in order to arouse the business to better fulfill their social responsibility initiative from this perspective.This article firstly Summarizes and Classifies the relevant articles about corporate social responsibility and employee satisfaction at home and aboard, and defines some key concepts of this article, as private enterprises, the social responsibility of private enterprises, and so on. Private enterprises in Shanxi are the research object of this article. After it gets the company employees satisfaction data through the questionnaire survey. It analyzes Reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis with statistical analysis software SPSS 16.0. The article aims to show a positive correlation between corporate social responsibility and employee satisfaction. Thereby it provide a new, data ground to fulfill the social responsibility for Shanxi private enterprises. Through practical investigation, these assumptions are obtained the desired result. It is suggested that the enterprises should undertake the social responsibilities to consumers, environmental and other, in addition to the pay system, promotion system and other respect interests of the employees, if the enterprises want to receive their recognition of employees. If Employees produce sense of identity and belonging to their located corporate, the enterprises often achieve more with less. |
