The prosperity of power industry in China makes its competition more severely, and the power design industry as well as a conclusion, the importance and specificity of marketing highlights in the company management.Therefore, a set of effective marketing system has been developed in the paper, which will have a vital impact on the development of electric power design enterprise.The essay reviewed the relevant theories of marketing and analyzed the current condition of HQ power design company as an example. It made the analysis more thorough by integrating three research methods, including comparison and classification analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and theory and practice analysis.
