With the sustained and rapid development of national economy, ahead of development and construction of the power industry takes place tremendous changes. When the electric power industry network implement the separation of plants, the market structure and scope of power grids enterprise become constantly changing. The rapid growth of power load and the increasing service of electricity customer's, so it makes more complex in the power supply enterprise marketing, and at the same time it also puts forward higher requirements. Building of the electricity market development for power marketing management information system is to improve the level of modern management level and adapt to the development market need.This article describes the electrical power supply of enterprise management information systems in analysis and design. Through the understanding of the power of marketing management in china and abroad, reference to the original part of the power management system and main functions, and in power marketing operations in-depth analysis, Especially based on the existing power supply enterprise reform and need of electricity customers have done a careful surveys and have analyzed of the demand for power marketing management information system and non-functional requirements .We expatiate systems design including the software architecture;system module division, the function of each module;the system database design and other aspects of systems.In the software system, we use 64-bit unix operating system,In the development of platform, We choice DeIphi5.0 which as system development platform and also select the Oracle10g as database software。In the hardware we use of advanced computer and network technology, and build a computer network, to which achieve provincial power companies, the city of power companies, the Power companies of filiale and the power companies place unification in the system data and parameter standard, and implementing to net to banking, telecommunications, Internet and other external systems of networking, at the same time we can transmit the city of power companies, the Power companies of filiale and the power companies place date to the database server in power company of Jiangxi Province。This system is running in line with a full function and information security management system.The development and application of Power Marketing Management Information System makes electricity customers further facilitated in using of electricity, and the electricity utility power marketing management level will be further enhancing, at the same time it will promote further development in the smart of National Grid and intelligent in power marketing.
