We still have a long march to cover as more trials, renovations and improvements are needful compared with other E-bidding systems in developed countries.Based on the above background, first of all, bring up the significance of electronic bidding and the smooth implementation of electronic bidding conditions. Second, briefly summarizes the study of the patterns of the application of electronic bidding. And then present the supervision of the electronic bidding and service, as well as the existing problems and summarizes an advanced information technology and suitable for domestic electronic tendering bidding application mode.
