The Research On Bidding Supervision Of Mongolian Government Investment Project

Government investment projects are financed by taxpayers.The use of these funds is directly related to the public interests of the state and society.In addition,corruption is easily involved in the bidding field of government-invested projects.Therefore,it is necessary to control government investnent reasonably and strengthen supervision of bidding and bidding of government-invested projects.In Mongolia,the development of bidding is also very rapid.Since 2003,an attempt has been made to implement the bidding system in the field of engineering construction for the contracting of Engineering projects.It has been implemented for nearly 15 years.Governments at all levels regard bidding as one of the necessary means to promote government construction projects,which has been widely promoted and recognized by all sectors of society.At the same time,the Mongolian government invested in the construction of bidding projects.Especially,the selection of bid evaluation methods has also been the general concern of the whole society.In recent years,the laws and regulations of bidding projects invested by Mongolian govermment have been gradually improved.The corresponding construction project trading market is also gradually established and matured.This paper studies the bidding supervision of government-invested projects in Mongolia.There are many reasons for the failure of the bidding supervision of government-invested projects.However,the most important thing is the lack of a scientific supervision system for bidding and tendering of goverument-invested projects.At present,there are some unreasonable supervisory institutions in Mongolia's bidding supervision.There are some problems,such as the small coverage of the regulatory system and the unclear responsibilities of the regulatory system.Through the problems found,this paper points out that Xu of Mongolia needs to improve and perfect the current supervision system of bidding and tendering for government-invested projects Some suggestions,such as strengthening supervision and building supervision credit system,are put forward.In order to strengthen the orderly operation of Mongolian government investment project bidding.
