Enterprises pay more and more attention to the study of training.KHC company has staff more than 200 people, belong to the labor-intensive manufacturing service enterprises, from the early days to the present stage, the growth of the company the old training system and talent reserves have been unable to meet the rapidly changing market environment and the needs of the development of the enterprise how to have small the development of human resources, improve the overall quality of employees, improve employee’s work performance, has become a corporate response to the market and the key to obtain competitive advantage. Therefore, the enterprise how to combine their own actual situation, design is more scientific, pertinent training system is particularly important.Based on the employee training theory as the instruction, from the practice of KHC company’s training, the specific through access to relevant data, questionnaire, statistics and other methods, investigation and analysis of KHC company employee training present situation, points out that the company is now the main problems existing in the training, combined with the company’s actual situation, analyze the training needs, staff training related theory and the successful experience of the industry, a comprehensive system to design and improve staff training system.
